Colin MacLeod

Colin MacLeod is an experienced project manager with a strong background in local government, currently serving as System Project Manager at Babergh and Mid Suffolk District Councils since November 2021. Previously, Colin held positions as Project Manager at Ipswich Borough Council, where focus was on optimizing Agresso ERP implementation, and at Cambridge City Council, where projects included a contract register implementation and creation of electronic HR files. Additionally, Colin worked for Southend Borough Council from May 2004 to November 2021, leading various projects to facilitate business change and improve processes, including the implementation of Agresso ERP and the development of a channel shift program to enhance customer engagement.
