Caroline de L'Espinay

Caroline de l'Espinay currently serves as Vice-President People & Culture at Babilou Family, focusing on enhancing education and care since January 2020. Prior to this role, Caroline held various positions within Babilou, including Group Project Director for People, Culture & Organization and HR Manager for regional operations, managing teams and overseeing HR policies, recruitment, career development, and training for a multi-site workforce.
