Fallon Southwell

Fallon Southwell currently serves as the Head of Quality at Babington, a position held since February 2024. Prior to this role, Fallon was the Quality Manager at Acacia Training from November 2021 to February 2024 and also held Quality Manager positions at Amicis Group and Ofsted, where Fallon worked as an Inspector from February 2016 to July 2021. Fallon’s extensive experience includes various roles in education and training management, notably at Lifetime Training, which included being Head of Teaching and Learning, among other positions, and a history of tutoring at Macclesfield College and Trafford College. Fallon holds several educational qualifications, including a Level 5 Apprenticeship in Operations and Departmental Management from Lifetime Training and Qualified Teacher Learning and Skills (QTLS) status from the Institute for Learning.
