Jen Bramley

Jen Bramley is currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at Babington, where Jen is responsible for setting the strategic direction for service delivery, quality, compliance, customer experience, and safeguarding. With a background in business development and operations management, Jen has also held leadership roles at companies such as 3aaa Apprenticeships, Prodigy Personnel Ltd, Brinsworth Training Limited, and Learning Unlimited UK. Prior to their current role, Jen gained experience in sales and branch management at O2 (Telefónica UK). Jen holds a Higher Education qualification from Chesterfield College.
