Naomi Milstein

Naomi Milstein is a Senior Smart Cities Expert at BABLE Smart Cities as of October 2023, bringing extensive experience in urban management and transformation delivery. Previously, Naomi worked for EY as a Senior Consultant in Transformation Delivery and as a Consultant from January 2019 to September 2023. Additional roles include Project Assistant at adelphi, where research and drafting contributed to GIZ Urban Nexus projects, an intern at KfW assisting with preparations for the Habitat III Conference, and a project researcher for GIZ focusing on waste management in Pristina, Kosovo. Earlier experience includes internships at Kennislab voor Urbanisme and Teleperformance, as well as multiple roles as an English Language Assistant with Fulbright Austria. Naomi holds a degree in Urban Management from Technische Universität Berlin and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Affairs from The College of Wooster.
