Marie Ducroux

Marie DUCROUX is currently serving as Chargée de Développement RH at Babolat since April 2023, following a role as Transverse Business Partner and Compliance at Agicap France from February 2022 to March 2023. Previously, Marie worked as a Junior HR Specialist at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) from August 2019 to January 2022, where responsibilities included managing training plans, reporting on HR metrics, and overseeing the recruitment process. Prior experience includes support roles in human resources at Club Identicar, Radiall, Le Groupe La Poste, and EHPAD Bouthier de Rochefort. Marie holds an MSc in International Human Resource Management and a Programme Grandes Ecoles degree from Grenoble Ecole de Management, as well as a DUT in GEA with a specialization in Human Resources from IUT de Saint Etienne.
