Babolat
Nicolas Brevet is an experienced product testing engineer at Babolat, specializing in the exploration, measurement, and optimization of performance for tennis, badminton, and padel products since October 2016. Nicolas is responsible for developing mechanical testing methods, writing testing protocols, maintaining machinery, and defining testing plans for innovation, R&D, and quality projects, alongside training operators. Previously, Nicolas held roles as a validation engineer at EFOR Consulting-Nemera, focusing on verifying the performance of nasal and dermal pumps, and as a product development engineer intern at Biomet, where the development of an instrument kit for hip surgery was a key project. Additional internships included project management for surgical instruments at KISCO International, research technician work for sports-related muscle overstrain studies at CRIS, and production operations at bioMerieux. Nicolas holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from INSA Lyon, a Master’s degree in Biomechanics from Université Claude Bernard Lyon 1, and a technical degree in Mechanical Engineering and Production from IUT Lyon 1.
