Caroline Owens

Caroline Owens, CPA, is a seasoned accounting professional currently serving as a Visiting Assistant Professor of Practice and Adjunct Professor in Accounting at Babson College since January 2025. Prior to this role, Caroline held the position of Senior Finance Associate at Bain Capital from October 2022 to August 2025, and worked as Experienced Assurance Staff at EY from September 2021 to October 2022. Caroline holds a Master’s Degree in Accounting from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Legal Studies from Babson College. Education was initiated at Myers Park High School.
