Walter H. Carpenter Professor, Organizational Behavior at Babson College

Danna Greenberg is the Walter H. Carpenter Professor of Organizational Behavior at Babson College, a position held since September 1999. Danna's research focuses on how individuals manage the interplay between work, family, and community amid evolving careers and lives, specifically exploring work-life transitions, identity, engagement, and performance influenced by organizational and societal factors. Prior to academic pursuits, Danna worked in Human Resources at Cambridge Technology Partners from 1989 to 1993. Danna holds a PhD in Organizational Behavior Studies from the Boston College Carroll School of Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Wellesley College.
