John Hallal

John Hallal has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, currently serving as Managing Director at Network Blue, Inc. since January 2004, where advisory services are provided to lower middle market companies. In addition, John has been an Adjunct Lecturer at Babson College since September 2010. From 2009 to 2021, John worked as an Attorney at Acceleration Law Group, focusing on transaction counsel for clients in the healthcare and technology sectors. John co-founded OrthoSupply Management in 2005, implementing a web-based system for orthopedic and podiatric practices and was instrumental in raising capital and leading a merger. Prior to that, John was VP of Business Development at Rehab Medical Holdings, Inc., where the expansion of distribution channels was achieved. Earlier in John's career, from 1991 to 2003, experience was gained as an Attorney at Gadsby Hannah LLP, managing high-stakes litigation and corporate matters. John earned a JD from Boston College Law School and a degree from Bucknell University.
