Michael Lynch

Michael Lynch serves as the Associate Vice President for Athletics and Athletics Advancement at Babson College, where leadership has resulted in significant achievements, including a 2017 NCAA Championship in Men's Basketball and multiple NCAA Sweet 16 appearances. Prior to this role, Michael held the position of Interim Director of Athletics at Babson College and accumulated extensive experience as President and CEO of ML Consulting, focusing on brand management and fundraising for athletic departments and charitable organizations. Michael's career includes serving as Director of Athletics at Boston University, where oversight encompassed a 25 sport NCAA Division I program, and advancing fundraising efforts as Assistant Vice President of Development for Athletics and Student Life at Boston University. Earlier roles include positions at the University of Miami and Union College, reflecting a strong background in development, alumni relations, and coaching. Michael holds a Master's Degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from the University at Albany and a Bachelor's Degree in Politics from Rollins College.
