Paul Griesmer

Paul Griesmer is an experienced academic and real estate professional, currently serving as an Associate Professor of Practice at Babson College since August 2017, where responsibilities include teaching graduate and undergraduate courses in real estate fundamentals, finance, modeling, and development. Prior to academia, Paul held leadership positions in the real estate sector, including Managing Director at New World Realty Advisors and Senior Managing Director at FTI Consulting. Paul has also served as a Partner at Ernst & Young and Principal at Kenneth Leventhal & Company, demonstrating a rich history in the industry. Paul earned a BS and MPS in Business and Hotel Administration from Cornell University between 1972 and 1978.
