Smaiyra Million is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in entrepreneurship, leadership development, and business consultancy. Currently serving as an Industry Fellow in Executive Education at Babson College, Smaiyra also holds multiple leadership roles including Executive Director of the Arthur M. Blank Center for Entrepreneurship and as the Chairperson of the Board for Junior Achievement of Greater Boston. With a strong focus on empowering women entrepreneurs, Smaiyra founded soaVentures LLC, specializing in supporting women-owned businesses. Previous positions include Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer at Millennium Partners Sports Club Management, where Smaiyra drove brand growth and operational excellence. Smaiyra's background includes significant contributions as an Operating Partner at Porchlight Equity and involvement with various boards, such as Paint Nite and StriVectin Operating Company. Smaiyra holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from American University.
