Timothy Bytner

Timothy Bytner is an accomplished attorney serving as Senior Counsel in the Environmental Services group at Babst, Calland, Clements & Zomnir, P.C. since September 2007. With a strong background in environmental science, Timothy manages a wide array of environmental projects, having previously held roles as Project Scientist at Cummings/Riter Consultants, Inc. and Scientist at Earth Sciences Consultants, Inc., where responsibilities included groundwater remediation, environmental sampling, and regulatory compliance. Early career experiences also include testing air quality at Air/Compliance Consultants, Inc. and supervising the fitness center at Ligonier Valley YMCA. Timothy holds a Juris Doctor degree from Thomas R. Kline School of Law of Duquesne University and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Pittsburgh-Johnstown.
