Christopher Baker

Christopher Baker is an experienced educator and vocational coordinator with a diverse background in special education. Currently serving as the Vocational Coordinator at The Baby Fold since August 2017, Christopher oversees the vocational program at Hammitt Junior-Senior High School and develops instructional procedures. Prior experience includes roles as a Vocational Coordinator and Lifeskills Teacher at Mahomet-Seymour CUSD #3, where Christopher created community-based program policies, and a Residential Director at Victory Academy for Boys, managing various residential aspects. Additional experience encompasses special education teaching positions focused on emotional disabilities and behavioral support at various educational institutions, with a strong emphasis on developing intervention strategies. Christopher holds a Master's degree in Bible/Biblical Studies from Maranatha Baptist University and a Bachelor's degree in Special Education from Illinois State University.
