Emily Backode, LCSW, ICST, has extensive experience in therapeutic and educational roles. Currently serving as a Family Therapist at The Baby Fold since January 2020, Emily previously completed an MSW internship at Cunningham Children's Home and held various positions during academic tenure at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and Moody Bible Institute. Notable contributions include leading a team to teach at a deaf school in Mali and planning drama lessons for young girls in safe homes. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a Bachelor’s degree from Moody Bible Institute.
