Elif Kocaarslan

Elif Kocaarslan is a Fellow at baby vc since March 2024, with extensive experience in customer success and business development at Alaiko from April 2023 to August 2024. Prior to Alaiko, Elif worked at MAN Energy Solutions in strategic purchasing from September 2018 to February 2023, where key responsibilities included supplier relationship management and developing a savings platform. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Business Administration from Technische Hochschule Augsburg and ongoing Master's studies in Entrepreneurship at the University of Amsterdam. Additional roles include Teaching Assistant at Augsburg Technical University of Applied Sciences and involvement in investor relations at avanera, an early stage start-up in carbon accounting.
