Samantha Rudolph has a long and varied work experience. Samantha began their career in 2013 as an Executive Consultant for The Forward Direction Group, a sports, media, and technology company. In 2004, they joined ESPN as a Production Assistant Trainee, eventually working their way up to Director of Business Development/Strategic Business Planning. In 2015, they co-founded Babyation, a venture-backed parent-tech company, and in 2016 they became an Advisor, Lead Mentor, Mentor, and Judge for Stadia Ventures. In 2018, they became an Advisor for Mission Control GG.

Samantha Rudolph graduated from The Wharton School in 2004 with a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Economics. In February 2022, they obtained a Certified Lactation Counselor (CLC) certification from the Academy of Lactation Policy and Practice.
