Amanda Skawski

Amanda Skawski is the Senior Manager of Recruiting at Babylist. Amanda has over six years of experience in Talent Acquisition, and was previously the Talent Acquisition Manager at National Funding. During their time at National Funding, they were responsible for the entire Talent Acquisition function, including strategy, tools, analytics, vendors, people management, and employer branding initiatives. Amanda oversaw a team of recruiters, coordinators, and administrative assistants to ensure exceptional candidate and hiring team experiences. Additionally, they built a structured recruiting process from scratch, implemented sourcing tools and strategies, completed two ATS migrations, and created culture videos. Amanda also introduced Glassdoor paid partnership to revamp employment brand and created a strategy to drive reviews. Amanda has a focus on analytics and continuously vets new technology, job ad trends, and recruiting practices to deliver best in class candidate experience and quick hiring times.

Skawski earned their undergraduate degree in Psychology from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo. Amanda is currently pursuing a career in psychology and is working towards becoming a Licensed Clinical Psychologist.
