Kristin Phillips

Kristin Phillips is a Senior Technical Recruiter at Babylist. Prior to their current position, Kristin was a Talent Partner at Availity from August 2018 to April 2022. In their role at Availity, Kristin worked with hiring managers throughout different departments to discuss staffing and hiring needs. Kristin was also responsible for proactively recruiting potential candidates through a variety of tools, screening candidates, and then connecting them with the right opportunity or opportunities within the organization.

In addition to their work at Availity, Kristin was also a co-founder of Kristin Can Code IT, an Availity sponsored MeetUp group focused on women that code and future generations of women that code. Kristin is passionate about their work in the tech industry and is committed to supporting the growth and development of women in the field.

Kristin Phillips attended Florida State University and earned their Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the College of Business.
