Zahir Ahmmad

Zahir Ahmmad currently serves as the Group Chief Financial Officer at Babylon Group, a position held since April 2024. Prior to this role, Zahir was the CFO of the Textile Division at Anwar Group of Industries from March 2021 to April 2024. Zahir's professional background includes serving as Sr General Manager in Finance & Accounts at Ha-Meem Group from May 2016 to February 2021, and as General Manager at Opex Sinha Group from July 2015 to April 2016. Zahir also held the positions of Senior Account Manager and Manager of Finance Accounts at Shah Cement Industries Limited between February 2011 and June 2015. Zahir holds a Master of Business Administration in Accounting from Jagannath University, Dhaka, obtained between 2006 and 2008, as well as a Bachelor's of Commerce in Accounting and Business/Management from Dhaka City College, completed from 2001 to 2004.
