Mauro Lacy

Mauro Lacy is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in the technology sector. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at BabylonChain Inc. since December 2023, Mauro is focused on building the Babylon blockchain. Previously, Mauro co-founded and held the position of CTO at Drisit, a drone service platform, from November 2020 to November 2023. Mauro has also worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Confio GmbH and held various engineering roles at Devo, Dive, and Amazon. Earlier in the career, Mauro contributed to software development for satellite simulation systems and radar communication systems at Invap S.E. Additionally, Mauro has a background in freelance sysadmin and development work, alongside technical support and technology assistance roles. Educational qualifications include studies in Electronic Engineering at the University of Buenos Aires and additional coursework through platforms such as Coursera and edX.
