Rachael Woodward

Rachael (Pazornick) Woodward is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations, program management, and talent development. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Operations & Systems at UpStart since May 2023, Rachael has also been an Independent Quality Provider at BabyQuip since June 2022. From July 2013 to May 2023, Rachael held multiple senior roles at BBYO, where responsibilities included managing micro-grants, orchestrating large events, and developing educational content for thousands of participants. Rachael's background includes various positions within BBYO, leadership roles in sorority and university settings, and collaboration with diverse stakeholders throughout the educational and nonprofit sectors. Rachael holds a degree in Education and Diversity Studies from the University of Maryland.
