Amanda Spence

Director Content Hub

Amanda Spence currently serves as the Director of Content Hub at Bacardi, leading the Content Hub in the IT Marketing and Commercial Team since November 2025. Prior to Bacardi, Amanda held multiple roles at Reckitt from January 2011 to November 2025, culminating as the Global Head of Content & Assets Platforms IT&D, overseeing three platform teams focused on enhancing marketing productivity through technology transformation. Amanda's extensive experience includes managing relationships between business and IT in Content Creation platforms, spearheading digital asset management systems, and leading various projects aimed at improving marketing operations and processes. Amanda began a career in analytical testing with Synergy Outsourcing and Reading Scientific Services Ltd, following an MSci in Chemistry with Medicinal Chemistry from the University of Glasgow.
