Jason Guelda is a strategy and engineering professional with extensive experience in mechanical engineering and project management. They began their career as an R&D Engineering Co-op at Beam Suntory, later advancing to roles such as Product Engineer at American Air Filter and Global Technical Support Engineering Team Leader. From 2016 to 2022, they continued to develop their expertise as a Mechanical Engineer at Luckett & Farley Architects and Engineers, and then at Shrout Tate Wilson Engineers. Most recently, Jason served as Manager of North America Engineering at Bacardi while also taking on senior and project engineering responsibilities for Angel's Envy. Jason holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Louisville.
