Jayesh Needham

Jayesh Needham is the Senior Global Brand Director at Bacardi, overseeing Tequila Cazadores and Agave. They have previously held positions such as Marketing Director and Brand Manager for Angel's Envy at Bacardi, as well as roles at Diageo and Cargill. Jayesh is a graduate of Brown University and holds an MBA from Duke University, where they also earned a JD. They completed the Marketing Academy Scholar program in 2020, engaging in immersive marketing training and mentorship.
