Jesper Host

Jesper Host is a seasoned professional in the food and beverage industry with extensive experience in commercial activation, portfolio management, and consultancy. Currently serving as Commercial Activation Manager at Bacardi since May 2021, Jesper previously held the position of Portfolio Manager at Palmer Group AS, where responsibilities included supply chain management and the development of the Husholdnings series. Jesper's entrepreneurial spirit was evident as the owner of Cocktailkultur, providing consultancy and training services, and as a Head Bartender at No. 19 Cocktail Bar, overseeing staff management and operations. Prior roles include serving as a Trade Ambassador and Trainer for Bacardi and a Diageo Reserve World Class Ambassador at Diageo. Jesper co-founded Bushwick and held management positions at SOSIALEN and Bar Boca, showcasing a strong foundation in bar concept and menu development. Jesper pursued studies in Musical Science at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology.
