John Metters

John Metters is a seasoned professional with significant experience in production management and operations within the beverage industry. From October 2020 to January 2023, John served as Production Lead and Maturation & Blending Manager at Bacardi, where leadership and project management skills were employed to meet business KPIs. Prior to this role, John worked as Production Manager at Kanthal from June 2008 to October 2020, focusing on fostering a culture of safety and quality in production departments.
