Joydeep Paul

Joydeep Paul has over two decades of experience in manufacturing and operations management within the beverage and consumer goods sectors. Currently serving as Plant Head at Bacardi since March 2012, Joydeep has previously held managerial roles at UB Group and PepsiCo, where responsibilities included overseeing manufacturing activities. Joydeep started the career as a Senior Executive in Manufacturing at Apollo Tyres Ltd. Academic qualifications include an Executive Post Graduate in Business Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics Engineering from Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University.
