Kathy Mo is an experienced finance professional with a robust background in leadership roles within prominent companies in the automotive and consumer goods industries. Currently serving as Finance Director for Bacardi in Greater China since September 2017, Kathy previously held positions including CFO for Polaris Industries in China from January 2015 to September 2017, and CFO for FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles in China from August 2009 to January 2015, where Kathy received the President’s award as Best Employee of the China sales company in January 2013. Additional experience includes roles such as CFO for ASEAN at Chrysler and Regional Finance Manager for Unilever in Northeast Asia and China. Kathy began a finance career as a Senior Finance Analyst at General Motors, receiving the GM Global Chairman’s Honor in 2005 for contributions to a joint venture acquisition.
