From building analytical tools and frameworks, to understanding drivers of business performance, to driving year-end results, Kerry helps ensure dynamic resource allocation to support long-term investments. These days, she is also busy capturing pricing and other revenue growth opportunities. A specialist at bringing people together, she was integral in the integration of Patrón Spirits International following the 2018 acquisition of the company. Her earlier days at Bacardi were dedicated to building the foundation for shared services, which she continues to oversee, with the aim for always improving productivity while delivering top-notch service.
