Lance Corderoy

Lance Corderoy is an accomplished sales and marketing professional with extensive experience in the beverage and retail industries. Currently serving as the European Advocacy and Training Manager for Bacardi in Global Travel Retail since May 2016, Lance is responsible for managing store operations and leading a team of Retail Ambassadors to enhance customer experience and drive sales. Previous roles include positions such as National Field Sales Manager at Thatchers Cider Company and various managerial positions at Coca-Cola Enterprises, where Lance led teams to achieve sales goals across multiple channels. With a background that spans over three decades, Lance has demonstrated expertise in team leadership, brand development, and market growth through various consultancy roles and sales management positions. Education was completed at St. Andrews C of E Boys School in Worthing.
