Leanne Miles has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as an HR Business Partner at Bacardi since December 2021. Prior to this role, Leanne worked at Tesco from April 2003 to December 2021, where responsibilities included partnering with management teams and coaching them to effectively prioritize customer and colleague engagement. Leanne's career progression at Tesco involved roles such as Store Personnel Manager, Compliance Manager, Checkout Manager, Customer Services Team Leader, and Customer Service Assistant. Academically, Leanne holds a Master of Arts in Human Resources Management from the University of Hertfordshire and a Foundation Degree in Retail Management from The Manchester Metropolitan University, along with A-levels in Health and Social Care from Queen Mary's College, Basingstoke.
