Lucy King has extensive experience in digital marketing and e-commerce, currently serving as Media Director and Performance Marketing Director - Global at Bacardi since October 2016. In this role, Lucy developed and implemented data-driven targeting tactics that significantly reduced wasted ad spend while enhancing conversion rates, and created a Center of Excellence for Amazon and Retail Media activities across NAM, EUR, and AMEA. Prior to Bacardi, Lucy held various leadership positions at Diageo, including Head of Global E-Commerce and Digital Marketing Manager for TheBar.com, contributing to the brand's e-commerce strategy. Lucy began a career in sales with positions at Drink Neuro UK and Molson Coors. Educationally, Lucy holds a 2:1 degree in Business and Marketing from Nottingham Trent University and achieved GSCEs with 9 A-B grades at Dame Alice Harpur School.
