Paul Reason is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in leading global marketing initiatives across notable companies in the beverage industry. Currently serving as the Global Head of Customer and Shopper Marketing at Bacardi since December 2020, Paul spearheads the Global Shopper and Customer Marketing Centre of Excellence, focusing on enhancing sales effectiveness through a deep understanding of consumer behavior and creative marketing tools. Previously, Paul held positions including Marketing Director at Asahi UK, VP Consumer Connections Europe at Anheuser-Busch InBev, and Premium Brand Director at SABMiller, where transformation projects and brand growth strategies yielded significant contributions to revenue and brand equity. Paul began a career in management consulting at Capgemini Invent and holds an MBA from the University of Warwick.
