程剑华

剑华 程 is currently the Commercial Head at Bacardi, leading the commercial team to achieve volume and NSV targets while enhancing internal collaboration to support Bacardi China's strategy. Previously, from 2018 to 2020, 剑华 served as the Sr. Director of Amazon Global Selling at 亚马逊中国, where they established local ecosystems and built strategic partnerships to boost cross-border business. Before that, 剑华 held various roles at 宝洁, including Skincare City Manager and Account Manager, where they were responsible for managing skincare categories and driving sales performance. They also served as Acting GM at Ducarcell China, where they managed sales and trading marketing to meet P&L targets.
