Richard Cuthbert serves as the Global Brand Director for Bombay Sapphire at Bacardi since March 2019. Previously, Richard held the role of International Marketing Director at Fever-Tree, where leadership was provided for the premium mixers sector. Richard's career at Bacardi began in 2008, progressing through various roles including Global Marketing Manager for Dewar's Blended Scotch Whisky, where responsibilities included brand performance and strategic direction, and leading the Premium Dark Spirits portfolio in the Global Travel Retail Division. Richard's marketing expertise spans multiple categories and includes the development of brand strategies, experiential marketing, and P&L management across significant global markets. Earlier experience includes positions at Fullers Group Limited, Westfield, Bigbluetube, and The National Football Museum. Richard holds a BSc (Hons) in Marketing from Aston University and has educational background from the University of Miami Herbert Business School.
