Thibault Ruffat has a diverse work experience in various industries and roles. Thibault worked as the Global Brand Homes Director at Bacardi, where they managed the Bacardi Brand Homes Business Unit, overseeing distilleries, visitor centers, and museums. Thibault also developed virtual cocktail masterclasses and meeting facilities. Thibault served as the President of Domaine du Fresne SAS, and as the Head of Tourism Europe for Value Retail, where they developed and implemented the Tourism & MICE strategy for luxury outlet shopping villages across Europe and China. Thibault also held positions at Dolce Hotels & Resorts and Warwick International Hotels, where they managed sales and marketing for various properties and oversaw European sales offices. Thibault began their career as a Sales Manager at Hotel California Paris Champs Elysees and as a Junior Product Manager at Bull.
Thibault Ruffat attended Harvard Business School from 2018 to 2019, where they completed a Leadership Program. Prior to this, they earned a Master's degree in Sales & Marketing from ESDE Sup, Paris, from 1987 to 1991. Thibault also completed their Baccalauréat in Economics at Sainte-Croix de Neuilly from 1983 to 1987.
