Will Gonzalez

Will Gonzalez is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in corporate governance, financial reporting, and internal controls. Currently serving as the EEURA Regional Controller at Bacardi since April 2018, Will oversees accounting compliance with US GAAP and ensure the implementation of global financial policies across Eastern Europe and Asia. Previously, Will held the role of Director of Corporate Finance at Bacardi, where responsibility included the financial integration of the Patron tequila business and the implementation of a global SAP ERP system. Prior consulting roles at Bermuda Electric Light Company Limited and Bacardi focused on establishing financial policies and improving reporting processes in accordance with IFRS, while earlier positions included ownership of a Snap Fitness franchise and financial auditing at Deloitte & Touche LLP. Will holds a Master's degree in Accounting from the University of Florida.
