Itzhak Gvili has extensive work experience in project development and engineering. From 2019 to the present, they have served as the VP of Project Development at BACCARA ® Automation & Control, where they lead a team of four engineers and works closely with the CEO. Itzhak is responsible for managing the entire engineering lifecycle of projects for manufacturing companies such as IAI, Maytronics, and Soda Stream, focusing on customer requirements.
Before that, Itzhak was the Founder & CEO of Vered Mechanica Ltd. from 1988 to 2018. In this role, they managed a team of up to 12 employees and provided innovative and cost-effective engineering solutions for leading Israeli companies across various industries, including defense, manufacturing, automotive, and food. Itzhak oversaw the entire lifecycle of projects and ensured quality control and production process control.
Itzhak Gvili completed the ELITE Launch- StarTAu Tel Aviv University Entrepreneurship Center program at Tel Aviv University in 2017. Prior to that, they earned a degree in Practical Engineering with a focus on Mechanical Engineering from ORT Colleges in 1982. In 1974, they also attended the Air Force Technical School and studied Electronics Technician.
