Alyssa Scalisi

Alyssa Scalisi, CCIM, MBA, serves as the Director of Leasing Transactions and Portfolio Manager at Baceline Group since October 2017, overseeing lease negotiations and developing leasing strategies tailored to tenant mix and demographics. Previously, Alyssa held the position of Senior Property Manager at Howard Properties, Inc., where management of financial and operational aspects of a mixed commercial portfolio was conducted, along with due diligence for property acquisitions. Earlier career experience includes roles as Assistant Property Manager and Estate Manager and Personal Assistant at JDN Corporate Advisory, where project management and event planning were key responsibilities, as well as managing a playschool at Sun Valley Company. Alyssa's academic credentials include an MBA from Santa Clara University and a BA in Economics from the University of San Francisco.
