As the global head of HR, Viviane is responsible for providing leadership for our regional HR departments, as well as driving the Bachem-wide HR strategy and organization. Viviane has an international track record of over 20 years in HR leadership roles in both small biotech and big pharma and holds an MBA from the New York Institute of Technology.
