Corrina Mccarthy

Corrina is one of our longest serving members of staff, having been with the company for 15 years. Joining the Bachmann family after leaving full time education, Corrina embarked her career within the support services team, where it quickly became evident that she was a highly skilled multitasker. Swift progression saw her move into our busy payroll team where she naturally flourished.

In 2011, Corrina was promoted to head up a team of admi­nis­trators primarily in the Maritime Security sector, building a long standing relationship with both the clients and contractors. Over the years, Corrina’s team grew rapidly with her then becoming Personnel Team Leader, responsible for all client payrolls and looking after some 20,000 crew members, whilst being supported by her team of Personnel Admi­nis­trators. Corrina was instrumental in taking one of the leads in moving all of our payrolls to our new software, Cintra IQ, ensuring that we are now using the systems to their full potential.

Corrina’s cheery personality and can-do attitude has led to her having built long standing relati­on­ships with both clients and crew members.

In her spare time, Corrina is mum to two children and is the founding member of the Gary Barlow fan club.
