Ainsley Yee

Ainsley Yee is a skilled Human Resource professional with extensive experience in various roles within the field. Currently serving as a Human Resource Generalist II at the Minnesota Landscape Arboretum since October 2023, Ainsley previously held positions at Bachman's Inc. as a Human Resource Generalist/Recruiter, and at Accounting Principals as a Staffing Manager. Ainsley's career began at Target as an Executive Team Lead and also included a role as a Human Resources Assistant at Greater Twin Cities United Way. Additional experience includes coordinating tours for prospective students at the University of Minnesota-Duluth and a Human Resources internship at Media Relations, Inc. Ainsley earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Human Resource Management from the University of Minnesota Duluth in 2014.
