Rafael Puerta is an experienced professional in the fields of expansion, real estate management, and operations within the retail sector. Currently serving as Diretor de Expansão e Obras at Bacio di Latte since December 2022, Rafael is responsible for planning and executing the company's organic growth strategy. Prior experience includes a role as Gerente Geral de Expansão e Obras at Kopenhagen e Chocolates Brasil Cacau, managing expansion and construction for the Grupo CRM, and as Gerente de Expansão at Lojas Renner S.A., where responsibilities encompassed long-term expansion strategy development.
