Vanderlei Nogueira

Vanderlei Nogueira serves as the Gerente de Recursos Humanos at Bacio di Latte since December 2016, overseeing HR functions for a large group encompassing 175 sales points, one factory, one distribution center, and one corporate office with a total of 2,000 employees. Responsibilities include managing a team of eight in areas such as personnel administration, benefits, and labor relations, as well as coordinating payroll processes and compliance activities. Prior experience includes serving as Coordenador em Adm de Pessoal at Grupo Impacta from July 2008 to November 2016, where Vanderlei managed personnel administration for an educational group of 500 employees and led various projects related to payroll migration and employee benefits. Vanderlei has advanced education including a Pós-graduação in Direito no Trabalho, various continuing education courses in Strategic HR Management and People Analytics from FGV, and a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management from Universidade Paulista.
