Brandan Smith

Brandan Smith is a highly experienced physiotherapist currently working at Jayco Southside Flyers WNBL and Hoops Physio since September 2023. Smith also serves as the NBL1 Women’s and Men’s Head Physiotherapist for the Waverley Basketball Association since April 2023. Prior to these roles, Smith has been a Senior Physiotherapist at Back In Motion Health Group since January 2017 and held several positions including Clinical Educator and Clinical Mentor. Previous experience includes serving as a physiotherapist for the University Blues Football Club from February 2016 to January 2023 and as Head of Sports Medicine for Basketball Northern Territory in July 2016. Smith's educational background includes a Doctor of Physiotherapy from the University of Melbourne and a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Alberta. Smith also contributed as a physiotherapist for the Australian Youth Championships in 2022.
