David Munro

David Munro is currently serving as the Head of Security Operations, Architecture and Engineering at Back Market, where David oversees teams responsible for monitoring and enhancing the protection of the cloud-hosted architecture used for the e-commerce platform. Prior to this role, David held positions at IAG GBS as the Network Security Engineering Lead and at SGN as a Senior Cyber Security & Network IT Project Manager. David has a strong background in managing and delivering security and network projects, defining policies, and leading diverse project teams to successful outcomes. With a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronic and Communications Engineering from Robert Gordon University, David brings a wealth of expertise to their current role.
