Geoffroy Surault has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Geoffroy started their career as an Oenotourism summer intern at Chateau Beau-Séjour Bécot in 2010, where they organized and operated tours and conducted tastings in French and English. In 2011, they worked as an Assistant Manager at W Wine Boutique, where they directed sales, managed customer follow-up, and evaluated private cellars and portfolios.

In 2013, they worked as a Chargé de mission Web (Stage) at Grandsvins-prives.com, where they managed website traffic growth, handled the database, and produced new videos. Geoffroy then joined Carrefour in 2014 as a Digital Project Manager, responsible for digital marketing initiatives, including setting up CRM, DMP, and chatbot systems, building automation marketing campaigns, and improving UX.

After that, Surault worked at SQLI as a Project Manager from 2018 to 2020. Geoffroy then moved to Cdiscount and held the position of Project Manager in the B2B Services department, where they scoped new projects, organized POCs, and scaled growing products.

Currently, they are working at Back Market as a Product Manager, focusing on the after-sales customer experience and resolution of customer problems. Geoffroy is also responsible for scoping projects and creating new services to improve the customer journey, including repair, refurbishment, logistics, customer relationship management, and delivery experience.

Geoffroy Surault completed their education at KEDGE Business School from 2009 to 2013, where they obtained their Master's degree (Master 2) in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. Prior to that, from 2007 to 2009, they attended Lycée Camille Guérin, CPGE in Poitiers, France, where they studied Mathematics, Geopolitics, French, English, German, and Philosophy.

In addition to their formal education, Surault has obtained certifications in other areas. In 2017, they earned the Google Analytics Individual Qualification from Google, and in 2016, they obtained the WSET level 3 certification from WSET — Wine & Spirit Education Trust.
