Juliette Gérard has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles.
Starting in 2005, they had a training in the Finance department at Thomson Reuters.
From 2013 to 2014, they worked as a Digital Project Manager at ARTE, implementing a new intranet to improve internal communication.
In 2015, they joined WYND as a Project Manager, responsible for digitalizing physical stores through SaaS software solutions.
At Amazon, they held two roles. From 2016 to 2017, they were a Marketplace Specialist, managing new sellers and driving category growth. From 2017 to 2018, they worked as a Product Manager, leading product developments on customer experience and category growth.
At DECATHLON HONG KONG, they worked as a Product Lead from 2018 to 2020, leading product developments for sports leaders and internal stakeholders.
Currently, they are working at Back Market as the Head of Product since 2020.
